All Shine Vaults Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout after payment has been successfully processed.

Although most Gift Cards are delivered shortly after purchase, delivery times may vary due to payment authorization, fraud prevention reviews, internet service interruptions, email provider delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information before completing their purchase. Think & Shine Ventures LLC is not responsible for Gift Cards delivered to an incorrect email address supplied during checkout.

Recipients should check spam, junk, promotional, or filtered email folders if a Gift Card is not immediately received.

This Gift Card Information policy applies to Think & Shine Ventures LLC, doing business as Think Shine Vaults, and the Shine Vaults website (collectively referred to as "we," "our," or "us").

A Shine Vaults Gift Card is a digital gift certificate that allows the recipient to purchase eligible products available through the Shine Vaults website. Gift Cards offer a convenient way to celebrate birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, milestones, or any special occasion while allowing recipients to select the products that best suit their interests.

Gift Cards are available in designated denominations displayed at the time of purchase and are delivered electronically. No physical Gift Card is shipped unless specifically stated.

Gift Cards are intended solely for purchases made through the Shine Vaults website and have no independent investment, collectible, or resale value beyond their available balance.

Shine Vaults Gift Cards may be redeemed exclusively for eligible purchases made through the Shine Vaults website.

During checkout, the available Gift Card balance will automatically be applied toward qualifying purchases. If the purchase total exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount may be paid using another accepted payment method offered at checkout.

If a purchase total is less than the available Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will stay associated with the Gift Card until fully redeemed.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, deposited into financial accounts, or redeemed outside the Shine Vaults website.

Gift Card purchases are considered final and are generally non-refundable after successful issuance.

Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or monetary reimbursement except where required by applicable law.

If an eligible order purchased using a Gift Card is approved for a refund under our Return & Refund Policy, any refund will generally be credited back to the original Gift Card before any additional payment method is refunded, when applicable.

Returned merchandise does not extend, renew, or otherwise modify the original Gift Card balance beyond the approved refund amount.

Gift Cards should be treated with the same level of care as cash.

Think & Shine Ventures LLC is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, deleted, forwarded, copied, accessed without authorization, or used by individuals other than the intended recipient.

To help protect our customers and maintain the integrity of the Shine Vaults website, we reserve the right to delay delivery, suspend, refuse, cancel, or invalidate Gift Cards when fraudulent activity, payment disputes, unauthorized transactions, abuse of promotional offers, suspicious purchasing behavior, or violations of our Terms of Service are reasonably suspected.

Additional identity or payment verification may be requested before certain Gift Card purchases are completed.

Gift Cards are intended solely as a payment method for eligible purchases made through the Shine Vaults website.

Unless otherwise required by law, Gift Cards:

• Do not expire.

• Are not reloadable.

• May not be redeemed for cash or credit.

• May not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards unless permitted by applicable law.

• May not be resold, transferred for commercial purposes, or used in connection with unauthorized promotional activities.

Think & Shine Ventures LLC reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Gift Card policies at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws, business operations, payment systems, security practices, or website functionality. Updated policies become effective upon publication on the Shine Vaults website.

Continued use or redemption of a Gift Card after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
